Focus on Computer Resources

Our paper describing the PIIP has just been published in a special issue of Cancer Research.

In addition to describing the Sedeen platform, the paper highlights some of the additional plugin modules developed by the PIIP team which are now distributed along with the viewer. A supplementary file describes the workflow needed to spatially align two IHC images and then carry out a quantitative comparison of tissue staining over corresponding regions of interest.
